I have seen the small packs for $3.99 at Food Lion, close-out price. I have heard that they are also on clearance at Target for the same price. Go to Coupons.com and print the $3.00 off Uggies Diaper coupon to get them for 99¢ each. Hurry, they will be gone soon!
